Sales Advisor

Job Description:

1. Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a fashion consultant to customers
2. Deliver standard service excellence to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, based on SOP
3. Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
4. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
5. Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
6. Promote & offer the marketing promo, as well as supporting the online sales
7. Maintaining product stock availability
8. Ensuring product & display material is in a good condition
9. Ensuring the display is clean & in accordance with guidelines

Qualification:

• A high-level of passion for fashion and style.
• Minimum high school graduates or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Assistant/ Sales Associates, preferably from retail fashion industry
• Good looking appearance, maximum 28 years of age
• Customer service-oriented
• Excellent & strong in persuading communication
• Discipline, punctual, meticulous, pleasant attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to commit to a long-term career in a retail company
• Willing to work in full shift
