Are You The One?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Food Products in the HORECA channel.
• Good with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, territory management, and negotiation skill.
• High traveler.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
• Have a positive attitude, courage, action oriented, respectful, and enthusiasm.

As A Part Of Us, You'll Have To

1. Maximatize potentiality both of product branded and unbranded for each customer portfolio.
2. Together with the Sales team in the area proposed to determine customer potentiality, focus medium into a big customer.
3. Manage and ensure achievement of all hunter team performance KPIs.
4. Execute and control consumer activation implementation activities in the area.
5. Regularly tapping with the key strategic chef in the area.
6. Conduct coaching and training-related product applications into the menu.
7. Report and evaluate the effectiveness of the Trading Term in each customer strategy with the sales team in the area for follow-up.
