SENIOR ANALYST
Responsibilities:

Preparation of chemical test reagents, standard and consumables
Perform instrument verification, operation and maintenance
Carry out internal calibration / internal equipment performance check and daily sample testing following technical & QA/QC procedure
Maintain good laboratory housekeeping practices
Comply with company safety policies and procedures in all aspects of work
At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

Requirements:

Chemical High School as a minimum
2-3 years of experience in related job
Have expertise working with laboratory instrumentation e.g. ICP, AAS, Elemental Analyzer or known well analysis of heavy metal and mineral analysis
Good analytical and organizational skills

FIELD SAMPLING TECHNICIAN - ENVIRONMENTAL
Requirement:

Bachelor's degree of Chemical Engineering with minimum experience 1 year as a sampler
Able to communicate in English both verbally and written
Skilled in basic mathematics, and engineering capabilities
Not color blindness, seasick and worth scared altitude
Has a fit and competent certificate release by external
institution (PPC CEPU, BNSP or equal would be an advantage)

Job Description:

Perform sampling activity scope of works carried out as per Work Order (WO)
Perform each sampling as per stipulated by work instruction standards
Reporting all activity, sampling data and findings with truth, immediately and accurately
Responsible for the maintenance, inventory of sampling equipment and its part
Frequent travel to sites (i.e. Not Office-based)
