Senior Drafter & Project Engineer

Job Description:

• Operates computer to lay out graphic display of parts to be machined In optimum arrangement and generate control media for numerical-control drilling, routing, and cutting machines: Reviews shop orders to determine job specifications and nesting requirements
• Operate and supervise production on machine tools such as CNC lathe, turning and milling, set up and operate mobile line boring equipment.
• Support and as a team with assembly crew to provide high quality with high safety standard of materials and verify all the process is running base on procedure needs for production.
• Mechanical assembly experience (bearings/ bushes/ shafts and components)
• General Supervision of Operators; task monitoring to ensure dally schedule is met, disciplinary and recognition activity.
• Planning, monitoring and checking drawing
• Responsible on preparing materials to support production.
• Monitor and verify all the process is running base on procedure of equipment and safety standard.
• Report to Production Manager for daily duty.

Requirements:

• Degree in Senior High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technical discipline
• At least 5 years hand on experience in Machining process, fabrication and nesting programs.
• Good knowledge in CNC lathe, turning and milling materials and line boring.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawing with standard symbol both national and international.
• Has a good knowledge related with measurement tools with all metric standard both national and international.
• Strong leadership person with high motivation and hard worker.
• Proficient communication in English & Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
• Proficient with computer literacy, Sigmariest Nesting software and AutoCad.
• A detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill
