Senior Structure Engineer
Job Description

1. Develop RFP (Request of Proposal) to prospective contractor bidders.
2. Review of work results of building planning consultants
3. Coordination with field work supervisors during construction Coordinate with building management if minor additional work is required after building handover
4. Adjustment of building plans due to technical justification

Requirements

• Civil Engineer from reputable university
• Have at least 10 years experiences at the same position
• Good in English and good in technical civil drawing and Ms. Office
• Good analytical thinking, good leadership, detail oriented, excellent teamwork and coordination

Senior Estimator (Quantity Surveyor)
Job Description

• Develop RFP (Request of Proposal) to prospective contractor bidders
• Work unit price analysis for planning consultant work
• Unit price analysis for building and infrastructure contractor work
• Develop cost estimation as a basis for budget making
• Oversee the tender process up to the administrative process of consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Civil Engineer from reputable university
• Have at least 10 years experiences at the same position
• Good in English and good in technical civil drawing and Ms. Office
• Good analytical thinking, good leadership, detail oriented, excellent teamwork and coordination
