SHE Foreman

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 in OHS, Public Health or in any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in mining industry
• Understand HSE laws and regulations and able to provide HSE induction and training
• Able to carry out inspections and incident investigations
• Implementation of SMK3 and Environmental Proper
• Understand Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
• Able to carry out incident inspections and investigations
• Able to compile HIRA-DC and JSA
• Able to implement Permit To Work (PTW) and CSMS
• work placement in Bogor, West Java

Job Description:

1. Develop and monitor SHE daily and weekly work programs
2. Coordinate SHE monitoring & compliance and fire rescue tasks in the workplace
3. Coordinate the implementation of internal audits of SMK3, Environmental Proper and PTKP / PICA audit results
4. Coordinate the fulfillment of documents and implementation of SMK3 and Environmental Proper in the field
5. Coordinate the implementation of K3LH induction
6. Coordinate the initial handling of incidents, emergency response, investigation and reporting
