On-Site Plant Technician

• Bachelor in Chemical
• 2-5 Years Experience
• Gresik

Requirements:

• Preferable if have 2 years' experience in modern industrial environment, preferable scale Air Separation plant or Combine Cycle Power Plant
• Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other related application tools / software, CMMS, Knowledge in SAP PM/MM module would preferable
• Have sufficient training for major type of equipment such as Pump, Compressor and other rotating equipment's
• Have good knowledge of philosophy in conditioning and monitoring
• Having experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Distributed Control System (DCS) such as Allen - Bradley, Bailey, Simatec, Wonderware, etc, is a plus
• Demonstrated operation maintenance capability to do machine diagnostic fault analyses and good knowledge of mechanical machinery principles
• Familiar with common technical tools and good maintenance product
• Able to read P&ID, well organized
• Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Instrument & Process Maintenance Engineer

• Bachelor in Instrument / Electrical / Physic
• 3-5 Years Experience
• Gresik / Manyar

Responsibilities:

1. Design and/or review the best process control strategy required as per the job assigned
2. Design and/or review the best instrumentation system strategy required as per the job assigned
3. Create MOC on every modification required
4. Create project estimation and selection
5. Man Management & labor management in project basis
6. Responsible for improving performance all Instrumentation and Process Control Issue
7. Responsible for any urgent emergency call related with Instrumentation and Process Control

Requirements:

• Experience in PLC system, DCS, field device instrumentation, process analyzer devices and computer network as well
• Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis Good knowledge of Instrumentation and Process Control principles
