Site Representative

Requirements:

• Minimum of associate's degree with 2 years of experience
• Physically healthy, willing to work remotely with less supervision
• Team player and has problem solving attitude
• Preferably experienced in handling operational work (personnel, mobilization, and logistic)
• Good in administrative and reporting
• Proficient in Ms Office and email
• Fluent in English especially writing
• Having own laptop device
• Preferably domicile in Sumatera Selatan
• Available to join as soon as possible

Job Descriptions:

1. Daily coordination with client to capture operational needs and bridging communication to OPAC head office PIC
2. Coordinate field personnel (schedule, PPE, mobilization)
3. Recap monthly timesheet of all personnels
4. Assist project cost controlling
5. Manage documentation, administration, and invoicing
6. Field assignment is required as per request

Employment status: PKWT for 3 months, subject to renewal
Placement: Sumatera Selatan
