Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing social media strategies that are consistent for the brand/ product/ services that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
2. Engage with social media users in Universal BPR's social media channel and respond to any mentions on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Create, review, edit, and update all relevant content to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion on all platforms
4. Manage and plan social media content for all social media platforms (IG, FB, Tiktok)
5. Stay up to date to the latest information about social media trends (IG, FB, Tiktok)
6. Build relations with KOL and manage endorsement, collaboration & campaign projects.

Key Qualifications

• All majors are welcome
• Confident in front of the camera
• Knowledgeable & keen to learn about finance topics (investment, loan, financial literacy etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Familiar with editing apps (canva, VN, etc)
• Creative, innovative, cheerful and able to work in team
