Social Media (Twitter) Intern

Responsibilities

1. Develop and curate compelling and relevant content for Girls Beyond's Twitter account. Create tweets that align with our brand voice, reflect our values, and resonate with our Gen Z audience.
2. Craft well-researched and informative Twitter threads that delve deeper into career-related topics, personal growth strategies, and other subjects relevant to our audience. Ensure threads are engaging. concise, and easy to follow.
3. Identify and engage with potential followers and influencers in the Gen Z space. Implement strategies to increase our Twitter follower count, including targeted outreach, collaborations, and cross-promotion with relevant individuals or organizations.
4. Stay informed about the latest trends, conversations, and hashtags related to career and personal growth on Twitter. Monitor trending topics and incorporate them into our content strategy to boost engagement and reach.
5. Track and analyze key performance metrics on Twitter, such as engagement rate, follower growth, and content reach. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of our Twitter strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final semester student
• Passionate about women empowerment, personal development, and career development topics
• Portfolio is a must!
• Available to do full-time internship from October - December 2023
• Able to come to our office at least 2x per week.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts, with a focus on Twitter. Familiarity with best practices and trends specific to Twitter.
• Ability to create informative and well-structured Twitter threads that deliver valuable insights and capture audience attention
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions
• Awareness of current events, trends, and hashtags relevant to career and personal growth conversations on Twitter
