Social Service Officer (Social Worker)
Yogyakarta

Requirements:

• Bachelor / associate degree in social welfare major
• Have a competency certificate in Social Worker by Lembaga Sertifikasi Pekerjaan Sosial (LSPS)
• Experience to social welfare issues, mainly with children and/or medical is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to children with cancer and their families
• Domicile in Yogyakarta
• Can start immediately

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for providing psychosocial assistance
2. and palliative care to children with cancer and their families
3. Responsible for working with source system to fulfill basic needs of children with cancer
4. Coordinating various services, including crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals, planning, psychosocial assessment, and stage of grief
5. Collaborate with other healthcare teams and involve children with cancer in the development and implementation of care plans
