Software Implementer (Project Management Apps)
Radio Dalam, Jakarta Selatan

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience with project management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Certification or experience in project management is a plus

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with product adoption, including training, troubleshooting, and needs analysis
2. Deliver product demos and presentations to potential customers
3. Assessment customer needs & create proposals for customers
4. Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
5. Coordinate with the development team in product development and resolving technical issues
6. Possess basic knowledge of project management principles
