Sr. Mechanical Field Engineer (MCE - MMS)

Qualifications:

• Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Min. 10 years experience in Project Construction as Mechanical Field Engineer.
• At least 3 years experience in power plant or petrochemical project, gold and minerals processing
• POP certificate holder
• Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Ms Project.
• Able to use and create design product with CAD software.
• Familiar with hand sketch through design drawing
• Develop Execution Plan, Project Scope and Timeline; Familiar with medium project management to work set time frames such as able to use Ms Excel.
• Provide Cost Estimates for Materials, Equipment, and/or Labor. Familiar with up to date mechanical standard rates
• Familiar with Mechanical standard as follows: ASME, API, ASTM, SNI and other applicable standards
• Understand, Interpret, Perform or Oversee Testing with QA/QC during construction, such as test on field and laboratory

1. Mechanical static installation
2. Mechanical rotating installation
3. Welding
4. Boiler experience is an advantage

• Able to create Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) to each work
• Willing to work under pressure and long hours (if required).
• Have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.
• Have good emotional intelligence, especially in a high-strung environment.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali site and all site of Merdeka Group
