SUPERINTENDENT - HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIR

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws, as well as handling general site administration, logistics, and facility management to ensure smooth operations in a remote work environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably within the mining, construction, or energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Previous experience working in remote or challenging environments is highly desirable
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to handle diverse and multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in BRMS Site Project and travel to all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group
