Supervisor Microbiology

Role & Responsibility:

1. Laboratory Operations Management

• Supervise laboratory operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cleanliness
• Oversee sampling and microbiological testing for raw materials, IPC, and finished products
• Monitor lab performance and maintain operational readiness

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, review, and update SOP, records and reports
• Ensure compliance with CPOB, GMP, HACCP, GLP, and quality standards

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, assign, and monitor tasks of laboratory personnel
• Provide training and guidance to improve team competency and performance

4. Resource & Equipment Management

• Plan and schedule equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification
• Ensure optimal utilization of laboratory resources to support testing accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Microbiology
• Experience in QC microbiology with at least 2 years as a supervisor, preferably in pharmaceutical or F&B industries
• Skilled in sampling, monitoring, microbiological testing, and data analysis
• Experienced in developing, updating, and implementing SOP
• Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of CPOB, HACCP, Food Safety, GLP, and Quality Systems
• High integrity with good communication skills
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Placement at Factory Lawang, Malang
