SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT - OFFICER
Placement: KERINCI

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree S1 Agriculture/ Forestry/ Agribusiness/ Biology, Environmental Science, Geography, or related field
• 2 years of minimum experience with Certification such as Rainforest Alliance, Organic, For Life, etc
• Willingness to be based in Kerinci, Sumatra
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of scientific background applicable to agriculture and forestry
• Good communication skills with local people (farmers groups)
• Ability to ride a motorbike (SIM C)
• Good Software skills in Ms. Excel, Skype, Ms. Word, and Email
• Good initiative, work in terms love a work challenges

Job descriptions:

1. Follow the system of internal controls defined by TRIPPER
2. Ensuring compliance of suppliers activities with relevant standards
3. Implement education and training to ensure members of certification programs have adequate awareness and understanding of standards
4. Make an inspection report summarizing activities and findings/ deviations/ recommendations according to the mission letter given by Tripper and the result of inspection checklist
5. Resolve issues and concerns within TRIPPER suppliers organizations
6. Help to set up sustainable social community projects that is inline with certification program
7. Support the staff of Tripper regarding the development of a sustainable supply chain for an aromatic plant
