Talent Acquisition (Maternity Leave)
Location: North Jakarta

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (relevant industry is preferred)
• Have good understanding in selection method, proficient in utilizing of job boards and social media
• Work effectively in a fast paced recruitment
• Contract 3-6 months (Temporary Maternity Leave)

Job Description

1. Perform sourcing to fill vacant positions and anticipate future needs based on the hiring plan
2. Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, psychotest, etc
3. Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc)
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements
5. Creativity scout talent on Linkedin as well as other sources
