Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Officer (Code: HR-TARO)

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Officer is responsible to conduct recruitment process from sourcing the best possible candidates, scheduling and conducting interview, preparing and sending offering letters, performing reference check, scheduling MCU, and coordinating with other departments for new employee onboarding. This position needs to ensure all process run smoothly to fulfil the manpower plan required in the designated time frame.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree holder from any major, preferably from Psychology major.
• Minimum 3-year experience doing recruitments, or working for a head-hunter company, preferably for mining recruitment activities.
• Possess good capability in communication, conducting interview, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to work onsite with designated working roster and working hour in a mining company.
• Technical skills to possess include advanced MS Office, presentation, MS Visio, scheduling Zoom meetings.
