Tax Admin (Intern)

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Collecting, checking, and uploading tax invoice to portal
  2. Assisting Tax Executive to preparing monthly tax reporting and calculations
  3. Sending the withholding tax invoice to the customers, partners, or vendor
  4. Collecting and organizing financial data and documentation necessary to tax fillings

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Tax or Accounting (fresh graduates max 2 years after graduate welcome to apply)
  • Proficiency in using Excel and experience in taxation or other accounting software will be a plus
  • Have tax certifications (Brevet A & B)
  • Have basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (especially e-faktur)
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations
  • Good critical thinking and accuracy, as well as attention to detail in numbers
