Lowongan Pekerjaan Tax Specialist & Finance Analyst

Hi All!

Currently, CoLearn is hiring for financial roles:

Tax Specialist

Responsibility:

• Manage daily operation in Tax Department
• Prepare monthly financial report and ensure the accurate and correctness of financial report
• Review monthly and annual tax report
• Responsible for External Audit Financial Report
• Handle tax audit, included as an company representative in Tax court
• Manage two direct reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum Accounting Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years experience as a Tax Consultant or in a multinational company
• Having a Tax Certification is a Must and certification of Brevet A & B, C (would be preferred)
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Indonesian Tax Law regulations
• Has Good knowledge on International Tax and Transfer Pricing
• Advance level in excel

Finance Analyst

Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain reporting/analytical frameworks to support reporting cycles as well as ad hoc requests.
• Perform business performance deep dive analysis to understand drivers on key trends and provide actionable insights.
• Identify the right metrics to track progress against a given business goal conduct regular reviews of metrics.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that will be presented in business reviews.
• Provide actionable data-driven recommendations to stakeholders' business questions.
• Create financial modelling for business projections.
• Work with large, complex data sets to solve business problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed while creating dashboards for business teams.

Qualifications:

• Analytical, Creative & structured thinking to solve real-world problems.
• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are a must.
• Experience working in a startup company or fast paced growth start up.
• Graduate with 3+ years of experience

• Experience with SQL is a strong plus.
