Technical Admin

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or administrative role within the shipping or maritime industry
• Good understanding of vessel documentation, certificates, and classification society requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with technical superintendents, ship crew, and external vendors
• Familiar with procurement and maintenance tracking for ship spare parts and consumables
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
