Technician Process Technology
LINGKUP PEKERJAAN

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung berbagai pekerjaan rutin di area smelter, mencakup sampling dan preparasi ore basah, ore kering, calcine, slag, FeNi, bulk material, pengukuran suhu, udara dan air, juga pengukuran emisi debu dan gas di stack untuk keperluan verifikasi data serta berkoordinasi dengan Process Engineer & tim Operation untuk support berbagai improvement project.

PERSYARATAN

• Minimal lulusan SMA/K
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman bekerja di pabrik pengolahan / smelter
• Memiliki pengalaman di Smelter Nickel lebih disukai
• Memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang kuat terkait proses RKEF
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Site Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara

Engineer (Plant Planner)
OVERVIEW

• Developing and maintaining the plant's master production schedule (MPS) to ensure optimal use of resources and meeting production targets. The role involves working closely with production teams, supply chain management, and engineering / utilities to create an effective and efficient master production plan that meets customer demand.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mining, Chemical or Metallurgy
• Min 3 years in production planning & scheduling in manufacturing plant, especially Smelter
• Strong analytical skill and statistics
• Familiar with production budgeting
• Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on Roaster Basis

Superintendent Laboratory
OVERVIEW

• This position is responsible for supervising Laboratory to provide the required number of samples with accurate standard analysis, including sampling, physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis to support smooth operation of smelter.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or similar field
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Survey/ Inspection/ Testing Laboratory
• Familiar with RKEF smelter operations / Nickel processing industry is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill
• Proficiency in data analysis and management using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or related software
• Strong knowledge of sample testing procedures and technology
• Strong knowledge of International Analytical Standard (ex: ISO, ASTM, JIS, US-EPA, SNI)
• Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on Roster basis

Process Engineers (Dryer, Kiln, & Furnace)
OVERVIEW

• Responsible for developing, controlling, and providing technical advice on processes used to extract metals from ores; measuring and recording the performance of rotary dryers and furnaces; applying technical controls to maintain the temperature of the electric furnace; identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency in terms of safety, production, and cost-effectiveness; and ensuring the smelter operates efficiently and within its capacity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Chemical or Metallurgy
• Minimum 3,5 years of working experience
• Experienced in RKEF (Pyrometallurgy) Smelter Plant is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on Roster basis

Supervisor Process Development
OVERVIEW

• Coordinating technicians and metrologist in performing measurements, sample testing, and process analysis across dryer, kiln, and furnace. Ensure accurate calibration of measuring instruments and lead continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Chemical or Metallurgy
• Min 3 years in manufacturing plant, especially pyrometallurgy
• Familiar with production process data analysis
• Have a depth knowledge about RKEF process
• Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on Roaster Basis

Superintendent Process Development
OVERVIEW

• This position is responsible for supervising engineers, technologists, and technicians in the Process Development section related to the metallurgy process, ore chemistry, and factory surroundings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• 5 years of working experience in process development within the metallurgical industry, preferably in RKEF smelter plant or similar pyrometallurgical processes
• Held POM Certificate is an advantage
• Have leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
• Have the ability to analyze complex process data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to enhance process efficiency and performance
• Strong understanding of RKEF smelting operations, including process parameters, equipment, and raw materials from each stage process
• Familiar with furnace design, rotary kiln, energy optimization, and waste management in every pyrometallurgy process
• Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on a Roster basis
