Job Description

  • Assist in overall legal activities including handling and reviewing contracts, agreements or other legal documents as well as various regulations, corporate legal dispute relates to company’s business
  • Design and implement Legal policies, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Legal programs which meets Company’s objective and goals
  • Provide comments and opinions concerned with legal matters
  • Maintain and administer legal documents
  • To perform review Letter of Offer for new client and renewal
  • To control legality of Company’s documents and ensure that documents are not exceed from renewal period of time

 
 
Requirements :
 

  • Female or Male, max. 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA: 2,75
  • Having min 3 years experience as Legal Officer in Bank / Multifinance / Public Notary Office/Law Firm (both corporate and litigation)
  • Have a good knowledge and exposure in legal drafting and contract management.
  • Attractive and good appearance
  • Highly motivated, able to work individually or in team, and disciplined
  • Hard working, good interpersonal skill, proactive, able to work under pressure
  • Highly accuracy and excellent administration
  • Ability to speak foreign language (English) will be an advantage
  • Computer literate ability to work in computerized environment
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cirebon.
