Management trainee program in Laili Brand is designed for fresh graduated who are seeking for a fast leap career. As an MT in Laili Brand you will follow a comprehensive 24 months programs that aims to grow high-performing talents possess Leadership and Adaptive Skills as well as growth mindset. By the end of the program, you are expected to be the prime candidates for our future leadership roles as well as having the chance to be our Business Director in our upcoming business line.

REQUIREMENT

• Woman, max. 25 y.o
• Graduate from Bachelor degree any major
• Target oriented
• Have leadership experience in campus or student organizations
• Have flexibility to learn and adapt with rapid business changes
• Have good communication skills
• Willing to be rotated with given projects in various divisions
• Fresh graduate are welcome
