Indocement Management Trainee program aims to develop the bright young minds to become the future leader of the Company. You will learn directly from experienced employees to strengthen your technical skill, as well as your leadership skill, in order to compete with global challenges.

We are looking for the best candidate who graduated with:

Minimum Bachelor Degree/S1 from reputable university, majoring in :

       - Mechatronic Engineering
       - Mechanical Engineering
       - Environment Engineering
       - Chemical Engineering
       - Industrial Engineering
       - Instrumentation Engineering
       - Electrical Engineering
       - Mining Engineering
       - Chemistry

Single with maximum age (per 23 August 2021):

- S1: 25 years old
- S2: 28 years old

GPA index minimum 3.00 within 4.00 scale
TOEFL score minimum 500 or TOEIC minimum 600 (validity period for test taken in 2019 - 2021)
Accountable, strive for excellence, full of integrity, process driven performance oriented and team player
Willing to be placed in all operation unit and subsidiaries business unit of Indocement
