Meratus Star Program - Legal

Program Purpose

• Develop young talents in Legal to prepare them for managerial roles within the Meratus Management Team and build a career in the shipping industry.

Program Details

• 1-Year Training: Includes online learning, on-the-job training, business exposure, project finalization, and evaluation
• 2-Year Assignment: Placement in managerial-level roles within the Legal team
• Performance-Based Benefits Adjustment: Employment benefits will be reviewed and enhanced at each phase based on individual performance
• Sponsored by Meratus Leadership Team, with employment reviewed after 12 months

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.5)
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the legal and shipping industry
• Advanced business-level fluency in English, bath written and spoken, minimum C1
