Otsuka Youngstar (Sales Development Program, Brand Communication)

Sales Development Program is a succession plan program designated to find distinguished potential Head of Area and Key Account Through a series of training and development, our program allows you to achieve a faster career path in Sales Department at Otsuka with placement all over Indonesia.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles
Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
Ability to drive a manual car and possession of a valid A driver's license is preferred
Willingness to be placed anywhere across Indonesia

Otsuka Young Star is an apprenticeship program within the Marketing Department to inform product benefit of POCARI SWEAT & ION WATER brand to the public. Brand Communication will be responsible to hold various event and meet various people with different backgrounds on across different channel such as Sports, Medicals, Youths, Moms, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Final year of fresh graduate bachelor's degree from all majors with a minimum of 3.00 GPA are welcome to apply
Ability to drive a manual car and have a driver's license is more preferred
Have great knowlege about Marketing Communication. and Below The Line
Ready to be placed all over Indonesia
