Export Import Assistant Manager
Placement: Karawang Plant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Monitor and apply current customs laws, trade agreements, and documentation requirements
  2. Guarantee all import / export activities meet legal and regulatory standards
  3. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams
  4. Manage shipment schedules, booking, tracking, and documentation
  5. Analyze shipping routes, negotiate with service providers, and review freight costs
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved transit times
  7. Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations
  8. etc

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced with 3-5 years handled Export and Import supervisory position on Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
  • Bachelor or Master Degree's from any discipline
  • Deep understanding of customs regulations, HS codes, incoterms, and trade agreements. Ability to interpret and apply import/export laws across different countries
