Requirements

• Male / Female
• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar position (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong analytical ability
• Tech-savvy and familiar with mapping techniques
• Fast learner with good adaptability

Job Descriptions:

1. Understand end-to-end activities performed for the assigned client
2. Identify geographic locations and map Points of Interest (POIs) / Landmarks from web search or imagery
3. Capture and validate POI names and details based on provided reference sources
4. Process POI edits and reviews according to client scope
5. Understand performance metrics used in the process (e.g., SLA, OLA, KPI) and how they are measured
6. Escalate issues and seek guidance when encountering complex problems
