Job Summary

1. Monitor and analyze industry trends, scientific advancements, and market needs to identify potential biopharmaceutical innovations
2. Communicate and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research organizations, industry experts, and potential partners to support the early development of novel biopharmaceutical product and talent development
3. Build partnerships with student organizations, innovation hubs, and incubators to encourage young talent participation
4. Generate new biopharmaceutical innovations based on strategic alignment, scientific merit, and market potential
5. Execute the incubation process for selected biopharmaceutical projects, ensuring successful prototype development and proof-of-concept studies
6. Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, and Technical Operation Departments to guide projects through the development stages
7. Help coordinate timelines, reporting, and project milestones of ongoing and innovation new project research and development
8. Support the manager in managing the professional innovation center team while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
9. Promote a dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving

Requirements

• Have minimum of Bachelor degree in Bachelor of Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or other related fields
• Have minimum 1 years of professional experience in research management, university relations, or scientific event organization is an advantage
• Prior involvement in biopharmaceutical or biotechnology research projects will be highly beneficial
• Willing to work with limited resources in a Start-Up Environment
• Willing to be stationed in East Jakarta
