Production Engineer

Job Descriptions:

1. Completes production by organizing and controlling project elements
2. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards
3. Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates
4. Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests
5. Maintains production schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
6. Controls production plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
7. Prepares production status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
8. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
9. Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data
10. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations

General Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering is a must
• Strong effective leadership, delegation and motivation
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a production engineer or related in oil & gas industry
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction standards, material, and processes
• Must be able to work independently or teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skills, hard worker and strong integrity
