Food & Beverage Manager | Bar Supervisor

Food & Beverage Manager: The position is responsible for managing and achieving profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, bars, kitchen operations, catering, and banquet operations
Bar Supervisor: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing bar staff

Position Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma from an accredited college university majoring in Tourism / Hotel Management or other related major
Minimum 5 years experience in a related role
Fluent in English written and verbal communication
Effective communicator and a good collaborator
Working knowledge of F&B Sales creating, executing FB promotions to achieve budget
High working knowledge in leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills
