Placement: Cikarang

Job Description:

1. Manage all General Affairs (GA) needs, including procurement of goods, office facility maintenance, and operational vehicle management
2. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and vehicles to ensure they are in good condition & support other operational needs related to General Affairs
3. Supervise and coordinate Office Boys (OB) and Security personnel to ensure smooth office operations
4. Prepare and handle company legal documents such as contracts, permits, and other legal paperwork, and ensure asset documentation is updated
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills with external stakeholders, including community representatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Building Maintenance, or Facility Management
• Understanding of OSS (Online Single Submission) and SIINAS (National Industrial Information System)
• Strong organizational and vendor management skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and good communication skills
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and able to drive a car is a plus
