Saat ini PT Prima Makmur Rotokemindo sedang mencari kandidat personil potensial dan berbakat ditunjang dengan memiliki pemahaman terkait proses sistematis dan mendasar dalam manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat yang biasa disebut HIRADC - Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian Risiko, dan Penentuan Pengendalian) serta mempunyai motivasi yang kuat untuk berkarir dengan jenjang yang menjanjikan dan mengejar impian bersama Kami untuk menempati posisi atau jabatan sebagai:

STAFF HSE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Good understanding of HIRADC, JSA, and HSE regulations
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE
• Able to work proactively and independently, with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Team player with Good communication, coordination skills, and strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

1. Manage HSE data, documentation, and related permits
2. Prepare HSE inspection reports and maintain proper records
3. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
4. Deliver HSE inductions to employees, visitors, and subcontractors
5. Report potential hazards or incidents to supervisors or the HSE committee (P2K3)
6. Stop any activity that poses potential safety or environmental risks
