A growing property consultant firm, PT Leads Property Services Indonesia, is seeking for qualified people to strengthen our team as S E C R E T A R Y.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan: Job description:

  • Filing, scanning, printing, organizing, maintaining, and binding documents.
  • Arranging document delivery and making receipts.
  • Maintain & updating marketing data base.
  • Maintain appointment calendar, arrange meetings, conferences and schedule appointments.
  • Type letters, memorandum and reports from drafts, proofread and review documents for grammatical and numerical errors.
  • Assisting directors and/or marketing team in making sales documents, such as proposal, contract, property particular, and presentation.
  • Handle daily needs and stationery inventory.
  • Coordinating & scheduling drivers’ daily duties.
  • Opens & routes incoming mail, answer correspondences, preparing & managing outgoing mail.
  • Screening phone-calls, inquiries & requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Dealing with faxes and post/mails.
  • Other secretarial & administration affair.

Keahlian:

  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Discipline and self motivated
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good computer skills with English typing
  • Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc)

Kualifikasi:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree on Secretarial or equivalent;
  • Working experience as Secretary in property consultant firm or financial services company is an advantage;
  • Attractive appearance
