EVENT & PARTNERSHIP

1. Focus on acquire, manage UMKM, and making events with the government or local business community to get new sellers to join Tokopedia.
2. Align the partnership plan with related functional team's
3. Effectively execute all partnership and build a long-term strategic relationship

CITY SELLER PERFORMANCE

1. Focus on acquire and manage new sellers from Toko Terbaik potential seller to join Tokopedia
2. Incubate and manage existing sellers in every category to improve sellers performance in Tokopedia
3. Focus on getting new buyers to increase Promo & Campaign Tokopedia Surabaya

CAMPAIGN & SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT

1. Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
2. Understanding of social media metrics to Increase awareness and engagement
3. Written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent Understanding of marketing
5. Create and implement the social media marketing plan

Requirements

• University students (currently in 3rd-8th semester
• Preferably domicilied in Surabaya
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Wide network of relevant relationship
• CV and Cover Letter
• Portfolio for Campaign & Social Media Intern
