Posisi yang tersedia:

Brand Activation Intern
What you'll do:

1. Planning and implementing offline and online events with external parties
2. Planning and implementing digital activation
3. Engagement with existing or approaching communities
4. Reporting pre event and post event

What you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience handling events
• Understanding Process
• Final-year students
• Marketing study background: Marketing, Marketing Communication, Business.
• Proficient in Ms.Word, Excel, Power Point
• Have good communication (Indonesian & English)
• Self-motivated, independent, willing to learn
• Have strong organizational skills or experience

Social Media Intern
What you'll do

1. Execute and producing content plan that is needed for our social media.
2. Help in managing Flip’s interaction with the followers on social media such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram etc.
3. Helping the social media team in doing social media impact measurement.

What you'll need

• A final year student or recent graduate from a reputable university.   
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.   
• Have a desire to learn and grow themselves.  
• Creativity in translating a brief to solid social media content.   
• Basic time management skills.

Employer Branding Intern
What you'll do:

1. Execute and produce social media content plan that is needed for our employer branding effort
2. Supporting the team to run Employer Branding projects, such as a webinar, blog, and social media campaigns
3. Setting up and managing Flip’s presence on various job portals and/or employee-related media such as Glassdoor, etc;
4. Help manage any social media accounts and channels that are related to our employer branding effort

What you'll need:

• A final year student or recent graduate from a reputable university;
• Great communication skill, both verbal and written;
• Have a desire to learn and grow themselves;
• Creativity in translating a brief to a solid employer branding content;
• Basic time management skill.

Human Resource Intern
What you'll do:

1. Assisting culture and engagement program creation, alignment, and execution throughout all functions
2. Facilitate design and copywritings-related works within the team
3. Assist in the team’s administrative and operational tasks (scheduling, compiling & organizing data, etc)
4. Additional responsibilities within the People Culture team as assigned

What you'll need:

• Last semester undergraduate student majoring in Communication, Psychology, or equivalent (Preferably fresh graduate)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English)
• Proficiency in design content and creative writing is highly desirable
• Have experience in hosting events is preferred
• Have a strong interest and eager to learn about building company culture, people engagement, and experience
