ASTRA GRADUATE PROGRAM BATCH 2022

Astra Graduate Program is designed to prepare our Future Leaders. The program encourage trainee to experience wide exposure across Astra business lines.

Trainee is challenged to show their best performance in Marketing, Finance, and Human Capital function. During the program, trainee will be equipped with extensive learning which consist of:

• In-class training with Astra and other professional development institute
• Mentoring & coaching with Astra Executives
• On the job assignments (improvement project)

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master Degree from any major (preferable major: Economics / Engineering)
• Maximum 2 years experiences, fresh graduates are very welcome
• Willing to be located all over Indonesia
