BAP Construction didirikan sebagai perusahaan joint venture atau patungan antara Mitsubishi Corporation (Jepang), NDT Corporation (Jepang), dan perusahaan lokal PT Guna Teguh Abadi.

BAP Construction berfokus pada penyewaan alat berat dengan dukungan operator untuk kebutuhan konstruksi, logistik, dan proyek industri dengan memiliki ratusan unit armada alat berat yang tersebar untuk menunjang berbagai megaproyek infrastruktur di seluruh Indonesia.
