Food & Beverage Manager

Qualification

• Min 2 years experience in same position
• Work placement in Melasti Beach
• Experience in beach club will be beneficial
• Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Flexible on hours and be able handle pressure
• Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food & services and immediately takes all required corrective measures
• Assists with monthly forecasts of food & beverage revenue
• and expenses including food cost management.
• Extensive Food & Beverages
• Fluent in English both spoken and written Has positive attitude, service oriented, passionate, professional with dynamic personality
• Great team player & Leadership
• Ability to work effectively in team environment and take initiative
• Able to join immediately
