PANDU SIWI SENTOSA (PSS) specializing in Domestic Express Delivery, Warehouse Management and Distribution Services. PT. PANDU BELLA TRANSINDO. Established since August 20, 1992. PSS has proven its reliable existence in the domestic express delivery service, operating in more than 170 locations through out Indonesia. Rebranded as Pandu Logistics with over 29 years of experience, providing full logistics services supported by more than 2,000 professionals and well-trained employees. Pandu Logistics services amongs other include domestic, international, warehouse and distribution, supply chain solutions and relocations.

DR. HM Bhakty Kasry is the founder of PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa. With ten years of experience in freight forwarding, he embarked on his career as a Sales Executive at DHL in 1982 until promoted to the Regional Sales Manager. 

During his career at DHL, he received an award for The Best Sales Performance for three times. National Major Account and Sales Development Manager was his former role at DHL back in 1992. 

In 1992, DR. HM Bhakty Kasry decided to establish a courier service company named PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa (PSS) on Jl. Boulevard, Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta with only ten employees and subsequently opened five branches in big cities of Indonesia; Medan, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Surabaya, and Makassar.

The growth and development of PSS are exponential from year to year by successfully gained large corporate customers in banking, consumer goods, and telecommunications industry. Moreover, PSS thrived in several large projects such as partnership with the Komisi Pemilihan Umum (General Elections Commission) in distributing ballot papers in 2004, 2009 and 2019. 

PSS expands the business through integrated logistics solutions, capturing customer such as Ericsson as well as introducing Pandu transport for trucking and Pandu express to target the retail market. 

Meanwhile running the business, DR. HM Bhakty Kasry also preaches to the employees and prioritizes Islamic foundation in the company such as praying on time, praying in the congregation for men, dressing according to sharia for women, non-smoking area in the office and sharing with others.
