LEGAL & INDUSTRIAL RELATION GROUP LEADER

Description:

1. Manage and monitor the deadline for permits & company legality
2. Create and review company internal and external agreements
3. Handle administrative work related to legal
4. Understand the provisions regarding applicable employment and can provide advice on all problems that occur between the company and employees
5. Communicating with Labor Unions and ensuring that the Bipartite cooperation institution is running well and monitoring the follow-up to the results of the Bipartite that have been implemented

Qualification:

• 25-35 years
• Bachelor of Law
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Practice in court
• Have the ability in the field of labor law, mining law, corporate law, and procedure law
• Placement at Head Office (Jakarta)
