Requirements
- Min. S1 degree in IT/ Finance/ Business
- 5 years experience in business analysis/ customer lifecycle management
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Convenient with complex business measurement
- Intermediate to advance SQL or other data manipulation language
- Advance skill of Data mining
- Exposure in customer lifecycle areas would be beneficial
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Team player
- Perform periodic (Customer Lifecycle & Value Management) CLVM campaign measurement, ranges rom service adoption, revenue extraction, and retention against business objectives
- Align the campaign measurement with macro and micro segmentation shift
- Identifies potential areas and subject that can be harvest, together with CLVM planners and business partners
- Generate business insight and management report from executed campaign
- Develop campaign knowledge platform to structurally store campaign result and learning
- Improve CLVM campaign effectiveness and together with technology team develop automated campaign management systems
