Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Management/ Psychology/ Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Organizational Development
• Having experience on creating content through videos and design as the media
• Male / Female (Maximum 35 years)
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in English would be preferred
• Willing to be placed on Balikpapan.
