GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (GDP) 2023

1. GRADUATE MINING ENGINEER
Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Statistics with maximum graduated in 2020.
• Have a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Self-motivated,good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia

2. GRADUATE OHSE
Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Engineering with maximum graduated in 2020.
• Have a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Self-motivated,good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia

3. GRADUATE ASSET MANAGEMENT
Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) or Vocational (D4) from Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil and other related Engineering with maximum graduated in 2020.
• Have a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Self-motivated,good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location

4. GRADUATE HUMAN CAPITAL
Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major with maximum graduated in 2020.
• Have a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Self-motivated,good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
