We are looking for candidates to join us as

RESORT HOST

Job Description:

1. To check all guest details/profile, pre booked requirements and ensure get all the data at least 1 (one day prior to guest's arrival
2. To check the villa prior to guest arrival to ensure they are clear and properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance
3. Handle guest check in and check out both in lobby or in villa if require
4. To upsell all hotel's dining experiences, spa, water sport and golf facilities
5. To escort and drive the guest to ferry terminal and ensuring all the departure arrangement are in order

Requirement:

• Good English language skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High pro-activeness
• Sound administrative ability
• Knowledge of front Office systems and personal computer Working knowledge of indonesian and any other languages
• Proven track record in hotel of similar standard
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
