MT (Management Trainee) Astra Daihatsu 2023 is a fast track development program that prepares you to be our future leaders. During the 12 months program, you will be develop in our specific program in:

• MT Sales Supervisor
• MT Administration Head
• MT Workshop Supervisor
• MT Part Supervisor

with both in-class training and on-the-job training

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree / S1
• Max 2 years working experience / fresh graduate / last semester student
• Age maximum 27 years old
• Passionate to work in automotive industry and have ambition to be a leader
• Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a must
• Have a good interpersonal skill, communication skill and leadership skill
• Have business sense and drive for result
