PT. Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk was incorporated in 1990 and started its operations in coal trading activities. As it develops its business, the company continues to augment its capacity and improves its mining infrastructure for its subsidiary and to support operations in its mine sites. In 2011, the Company began to produce its own coal in the Production Operation Mining Permit (IUP OP) area, namely at Loa Janan, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

Coal Processing Plant Group Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinating the implementation of achieving coal production and productivity targets based on Man Power Planning. Equipment Planning, Crushing and Barging Planning.
2. Coordinating coal commodities in terms of quality and quantity in order to create good service according to the schedule and targets that have been determined for consumers.
3. Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to the implementation of tasks.
4. Responsible for maintaining work performance, discipline, attendance ratio, and subordinate development, as well asactively participating in employee development programs.
5. Ensuring the implementation of safety, health, work, and environment procedures in the scope of work

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Male, 22 - 35 years old.
• Minimal education: diploma 3 of mining engineering
• Have work experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years, but freshgraduates are welcome to apply
• Have knowledge to using Microsoft Office
• Have good ability in teamwork, coaching, dan counseling
• Preferably domiciled in Samarinda, East Kalimantan
• Can join as soon as possible
