Admin Legal
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing company documents related to cooperation agreements and legal contact
- Review legal contact, cooperation agreements and other legal documents related to the company's project
- Manage company legality documents and any administrative documents or company licensing bureaucracy and monitor validation
- Assist in the filling and organization of legal documents (soft/hard copy)
- Managing work related to the administration
- Assist the operational activities of the Legal team in providing support to the management team, business units, and other functions in the company
Requirements:
- Preferably S1 Law Graduates and have a minimum 1-2 years of work experiences / Freshgraduate are welcome
- Tech Savvy and accustomed to using Ms. Office
- Able to work individually or in teams, communicate well, and have a high desire to learn
- Have more attention to detail and work meticulously
- Knowing about HAKI, the basis of the legal requirements of an agreement, and company regulation well becomes a plus
