2014 - PT SERATA MAKMUR RAYA was established by our President Commissioner (Mr. Halim), our foundational core business, Serata Engineering, is a marine specialist company that distributes and sell the marine engine and propulsion to shipbuilding industries.

2016 - Our very first diversification portfolio into the healthcare industry. Partnered with the famous Skincare & Aesthetic company in Singapore, DermaRX. Serata was trusted to be their authorized Indonesian distributor

2018 - Diversifying into the F&B sector, launched SerataFoods, a kitchen supplies distributor for Hotels, Cafes, and Restaurants. Trusted supplier for 5-star international hotel chains.

2022 - Acquired SAVI, Artisanal Patisserie to boost retail market in pastry products.​
